Gentle or very powerful, the wind is an invisible element that awakens sound, induces movements, shapes landforms, disperses seeds and enables life. Sometimes, the wind can be devastating, spreading wildfires and destroying lives.

I want to see the wind as a creator.

The wind is a conductor who generates music in nature and composes celestial melodies. .

The wind is a choreographer who rhythms movements of leaves, plants, water or sand.

The wind is a sculptor who carves rocks, shapes sand dunes and creates new landforms.

The wind is a gardener who carries the seeds to enable new lives for flowers and plants.

The wind is also the breath that stimulates the mind and drives intellectual and spiritual creation. Its energy brings tranquility or mind disturbing anger. As would a conscious control of breathing, the wind engenders meditation and an invitation to an interior journey.

Here are the Mysteries of the Wind that I want to hear when you gaze into my paintings.
