Artist:
Born and raised in Columbia City, Indiana, Natalee Wright creates in a small art studio on her family's farm. Art has always been a part of her life, from selling finger-painting artwork as a young child under the tree in her front yard to her current explorations in art to promote growth, healing, and creativity in others at Artful Transformations. Her early artistic influences were Georgia O'Keefe, Salvador Dali, and Edvard Munch.
Natalee's work is as eclectic as her influences, as she enjoys working in many mediums with many subjects in many different styles with the firm belief that each piece should not be limited by a specific movement or medium. She is a member of the Fort Wayne Artist’s Guild and a board member at the Three Rivers Fly Fishing Club.
Natalee has been invited for many juried group exhibitions including Heartland Artists Gallery Juried Exhibition (2023), KBM Studio’s Paint Your Heart Out exhibition (2023), Cape Coral’s Aquarium exhibit (2006 & 2007), and the Alliance of the Arts LAEA exhibition (2000 & 2000) in which she won Second Place in Colored Pencil Drawing.
