Myrtle Press Prints: Portfolio x 2

Portfolio x 2 marks the first display of Myrtle Press’ invitational print exchanges in our region, including prints made through various processes by respected printmakers. The exhibit brings together a sampling of printmakers’ work from 2020 and a new exchange of printmakers creating work on the concept of origin.

Flights of Fancy: Sculpture by Steven McGovney

Steven McGovney’s sculptures use clay, steel wire, and acrylic & oil paint to bring his animal and figurative work to life. His art merges a surreal side of nature with his love of movement, such as his brightly painted birds, which whimsically totter on long legs.
