The Venice Institute of Contemporary Art and bG Gallery present Art / World, a weekly online journey around the world of art. Each episode will feature important gallery owners, artists, curators, art writers, museum directors and others in countries across the continents. We will begin with Brazil on September 23rd at 1pm.
Brazil is the largest country in both South American and Latin America, with 3.2 million square mile and with over 211 million people, Brazil is the world's 5th largest country. It is also one of the most multicultural and ethnically diverse nations, due to a century of mass immigration from around the world, which makes it excellent for cultural exploration.
