'Soldier's Home Postcard Project'

In Support of the Holyoke Soldiers Home & The Soldier’s Home In Chelsea.

On December 10, 2022, Local artist Brett S. Poza will bring the Soldiers Home Postcard Project to Creative Connections Gift Shop & Gallery! We invite you to stop by any time from 1:00-5:00 pm to decorate a pre-addressed postcard which will be sent to either the Chelsea or Holyoke Soldiers Homes. Art supplies and postage will be provided, as well as hot cider, coffee and refreshments. Stop in and have some fun with us, and send a little cheer to residents and staff who may not be home for the holidays. The project’s aim is to send 1000 decorated postcards to each Soldier’s Home, both of which were severely impacted by the COVID-19 crisis in 2020. All skill levels welcome. Completely free and open to all!
