Short Film Showoffs

This is a bi-weekly online gathering that a combines a short film screening with film networking and film appreciation to create a unique online film community.

At each meeting we do four things:

• Share short films that inspire us.
• Share short films we're working on or have made.
• Enjoy short films we've never seen before.
• Discuss the shorts we watch.

Filmmakers can get feedback on a work-in-progress. Film lovers can discover new films and styles. Everyone can feel less weird and alone.

Each meeting takes place over Zoom. Four of the attendees will share a short film that is 15 min. or less, then other attendees can take turns sharing thoughts or giving constructive feedback.

To sign up to share a film, attendees simply send a message to shortfilmshowoffs@gmail.com. If you are one of the first four, you'll get an email requesting either a link or a digital file. It is first come first serve. Event attendees get first dibs on sharing at the next meeting.
