Elsewhere ~ David Burdeny

David Burdeny’s aerial photographs of Salt Flats have an abstract quality that gives them a unique painterly feel. His work takes the viewer “Elsewhere”, allowing the viewer to see the clear lines of the salt flats of Utah, or the crisp whites sands of the Rio Azul in Brazil. From the start of his fine art photography career, Burdeny has always had a deft appreciation for the artistic potential of pure space and how it can be purposefully structured to appeal to the senses. He has become a master of the photographic moment.
