The Gathering

Inspired by similarities in their methodology and imagery, mixed media artists, Dara Oshin and Robin Roi are pleased to present The Gathering, their first collaborative exhibition. Each artist has gathered materials from disparate sources to create their work, much like birds gather and repurpose discarded objects when building a nest. They have also collected materials from their respective gardens in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn to build a collaborative sculpture that will be revealed for the first time at the show.  New work from each artist will be presented side by side opening a conversation about the origins of life, society and how they often collide.
