Seated Dance Video Programme- Online

Suitable for older adults and/or those who have restricted mobility or limited space at home. Aimed at those who have been isolated during lockdown due to ill health, age and living situation.

There will be 6 weekly seated dance sessions lasting 30 minutes each. The classes will be available via Vimeo from September for you to access in your own time. This can be done as a group in Care Home communal areas or individually at home.

As this is a funded project it is completely FREE for all. We aim to offer a fun way of exploring dance and movement whilst encouraging activity, exercise and creativity.

Who is it for:

  • Care Home Residents
  • Individuals at home
  • Dance for Parkinson’s Groups
  • Local and Community Support Groups (ie. Parkinson’s UK, Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Cafes)
