Join us for an evening of poetry with Imogen Wade, the winner of the National Poetry Competition. Imogen will be exploring themes such as dreams, memory and desire, and as well as reading her work she will offer insight into the process of writing.

She hopes to show that poetry is for everyone, as it is a way of relating to the world around us, other people and ourselves.

About the Poet

Imogen won the National Poetry Competition in 2023, and has received acclaim in prizes such as the New Poets’ Prize and the Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award. She has appeared in publications such as Poetry Review and The London Magazine, and has been featured in The Guardian and on BBC Radio 4.
