On Sat 17 July The Nettles Volunteer Group, in partnership with the Hub and Hill Holt Wood, will host a free Woodcarving Festival celebrating this traditional craft with free family-friendly, outdoor nature and craft activities.

The pop-up event marks the start of the NK Walking Festival, and will include demonstrations by local wood carving groups, a woodcarving taster activity led by renowned locally-based master carver Peter Tree, a nature walk led by Hill Holt Wood and a cyanotype activity at the Hub.

Bring a picnic and drop by the Nettles between 11am - 3pm to find out more (activity details and times will be confirmed nearer the date to ensure we are meeting the latest COVID-safe government guidelines).
