Adam Barker-Mill : Metacolour

Bartha Contemporary is delighted to announce Adam Barker-Mill’s first solo exhibition with the gallery. Entitled ‘Metacolour’ the show will feature a series of recent wall based installations and watercolours on paper.
Barker Mill’s (b. 1940 Somerset, lives and works in Southampton & London) recent installations continue his investigation into the properties of light and colour.
Barker-Mill’s works have a deceptively simplistic appearance, allowing the viewer to maintain an idealistic visual, acutely unaware of the carefully structured designs, which generate, manipulate and modulate light.
