Embark on a transformative journey through the lens of Hertta Kiiski an artist and photographer from Finland. In the captivating exhibition, "On the Other Side of the Mirror", Kiiski skillfully intertwines the essence of life forms and seamlessly blends the familiar with the realms of the imagined. This exhibition transcends conventional boundaries of time and space, offering a profound exploration of the interrelationships between humans and non-humans.

In her practice, Hertta Kiiski captures moments and samples the very empowerment of youth and love. The exhibition weaves together elements of the magical, the mythical, and the esoteric, creating a rich visual storytelling that transcends the ordinary. Like the essence of youth itself, Kiiski's photographs and installations gracefully inhabit a delicate balance between the realms of daydreaming and unrest, inviting viewers to explore the nuances within this precarious state.

"On the Other Side of the Mirror" is more than an exhibition; it is an immersive experience that invites you to ponder the intricacies of existence. Join us on this captivating journey as Hertta Kiiski unveils a world where art becomes a mirror reflecting the profound interplay between the seen and the unseen.

The exhibition “On the other side of the Mirror” follows Kiiski’s residency at SEA Foundation in September 2022.
