Messages Received, an international online photography exhibition by Barrie Dale opens on April 07, and will continue through May 07, 2022.
Using only natural light and no manipulations, Barrie Dale's photos are new and different, which resonate with the modern world, but are fundamentally true to nature. Abstraction and mystery are his allies to reach an expression of freedom via high magnification, where subject matter (flowers, leaves, and grasses) becomes unrecognisable.
His magnificent photos are presented as Framed Single-Edition Giclée Prints as he would like them to have the same status as paintings.

Professionally, I am a scientist. Since the 1980's I have taken a keen interest in the science of Climate Change. I am passionate about persuading my fellow human beings to stop destroying this once-lovely planet.
I am also a musician and an artist. I have given three public recitals of classical music, and I have held six one-man shows of watercolours and photographs, selling about a hundred.
I am a member of the Guild Society of Artists and of the Royal Photographic Society.
My current interest is in photography.
I also manage a small Wildlife Reserve, known as 'Wildhaven'.
