Artist:
Jen Goldman, a wildlife artist skilled in both photography and oil on canvas, infuses her artworks with the essence of her global wildlife encounters. Raised in Los Angeles, California, her strong affinity for animals drives her artistic passion. Despite a career spanning 24 years in health, wellness, and legal fields, Jen felt unfulfilled. Even though she earned dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Michigan in 2014, she pursued photography courses for the next four years at Santa Monica College while working full-time. She also began painting studies on weekends with local artist Susan Manders, who has mentored her for the past decade.
Jen’s commitment and achievements in her career as a Program Director at a law firm have afforded her the opportunity to embark on wildlife adventures worldwide. Upon returning from her travels, Jen translates her experiences onto canvas using oils, creating bold, textured paintings inspired by her photography.
