Artist:
Born and raised in northern California, Ruy Carpenter has traveled and lived in many parts of the world and has recently returned to the San Francisco Bay Area. He began photographing while working as a technical assistant to the artist and spiritual teacher Adi Da Samraj in Fiji, and has created large scale public installation works and numerous gallery projects around the world.
